White Claws No Laws Song

White Claws No Laws Song
12/12/2022

The new song was born from a collaboration between singer-songwriter Mark Leach and Hey Monea drummer Nate Monea, both musicians from northeastern Ohio. “It doesn`t matter what you put big dog on the bench if you can wrap twelve-ounce claws on them. You can spend time with us, take a can with us, grab a chair and forget you have balls. “Gimme that grapefruit, mango, lime, my white girl wishes,” a verse concludes. Then there`s this hilarious pre-chorus: But what makes it a potential bar anthem is certainly the chorus that boldly reuses the viral meme “Ain`t no laws when you`re drinking claws.” It remains to be seen if “Drinkin` Claws” will be the last hit of this summer. But it`s abundantly clear that Americans are going bananas for colored boxes of hard seltzer — especially in the Midwest. “There are no laws when you drink claws.” It`s safe to say that hard seltzer fashion is officially a phenomenon, and we have the undeniably catchy pop-country song to prove it. “Drinkin` Claws” is a casual ode to the trendy OG of alcoholic sparkling water, White Claw. “Thanks to a tasting competition, sometimes all it takes is one big win to improve a brand.” White Claw is just one piece of the Spichel-Seltzer cake. Pabst Blue Ribbon and Natural Light announced their own space travel, and Four Loko even teased “The Hardest Seltzer in the Universe” with 14% unholy alcohol by volume. Leach and Monea told local newspaper The Akron Beacon Journal that the song was written and recorded over a three-day period. Leach`s lyrics definitely reflect the female asymmetry of drinking. Where they live is particularly interesting, as Ohio has recently become known as the state that consumes the most white claws in the United States, according to data aggregated by a team of foodies at The Daring Kitchen — more on those results later.

Maybe there will be more choices soon. Dubbed “America`s premier hard seltzer tasting festival and competition,” Fizz Fight aims to offer consumers the opportunity to try more than 20 local and regional hard seltzer brands alongside industry giants like White Claw and Truly. “If I had to say that Fizz Fight will be a competition that will help make a smaller national brand, that`s entirely possible,” event organizer Jake Browne recently told Brewbound. We`ll know for sure when Fizz Fight takes place in Denver on Saturday, September 14. After Ohio, Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana are the no`s. 2, 4, 8, 9 and 10 biggest claw lovers. Tennessee, West Virginia and Kentucky took the place. 3, 5 and 7 spots, while Delaware came in at number 6. The very important statistics on white claw consumption were compiled by The Daring Kitchen using software that tracked brand mentions in more than 200,000 geotagged tweets in July and August.
