With capacity limits lifted and public health measures lifted, this fall`s convocation ceremony will be the first in-person convocation ceremony in more than two years. I am honored to celebrate the class of 2022 with additional personal celebration opportunities for the class of 2020 and 2021. Our virtual celebrations over the past two years have been incredible, and we look forward to welcoming you personally again this year. Students who graduate with a double major are accepted into their first major ceremony. Students from concurrent education are usually included in the education ceremony. If you wish to change this, please send an email to the shari@uwindsor.ca coordinator and inform her of your choice. More than 2,300 students were welcomed by the Toldo Lancer Centre on Friday as the University of Windsor hosts five separate convocation sessions through Saturday. Registration information will be sent to your uwin email address in early March. On this portal, you will receive your guest tickets and RSVP for your ceremony. If you have not received your “Marching Order” email by the end of March, contact convocation@uwindsor.ca GradImages will send you a free proof for review with the option to purchase. Please note that there is no seat fee for this service. Graduates who attend conscription can view and purchase their photos by visiting gradimages.ca.

To make changes to your legal name, you must request the change by sending an email to the Conscription Coordinator in shari@uwindsor.ca along with a scanned copy of the relevant supporting documents (e.g. birth certificate, passport). The date that appears on your diploma is the date of the ceremony. The same date will appear on your transcript.
